We provide legal services in the field of labor relations, representation
of employees and employers in labor disputes, legal advice also in the
non-dispute agenda, the search for solutions and balance in labour relations.
We participated in complex processes of organizational changes of the employer,
during which we comprehensively covered the individual steps, including
communication with employee representatives as well as setting the employer's
strategy in terms of the possibility of claims of individual employees in the
case of job change offers (planning and preparation of individual scenarios in
case of acceptance or rejection offered job position).
